Practice

They are a medium sized, friendly family practice, 4500 patients and have managed to maintain the feel of a family practice – many of their patients are the third generation of their family to receive care at te practice. There are three FTE GPs, (four in total) and two FTE nursing staff with reception and administration support.  Clinic hours are 8.30am until 5.30pm with NO weekend or afterhours requirement.

Location

The practice is located in a lovely seaside village about 15 minutes north of Wellington, within the Porirua district. With a beautiful beach and relaxed pace this is the perfect location to work and live. Take this opportunity to enjoy working in small supportive community but within striking distance of Wellington city with excellent cafes, restaurants, wine and craft beer, and a range of events. It is also known as New Zealand’s ‘Capital of Culture’.
