Role An opportunity has come available at a small practice in Hasting. We are keen to hear from General Practitioners or Nurse Practitioners interested in working between 8-10 sessions per week. Ideally the practice is looking for a GP who holds vocational scope of practice with the MCNZ or an experienced Nurse Practitioner. However, they are open to considering all suitably qualified applicants. Having experience with cryotherapy and minor surgery with be advantageous.
Practice The medical centre offers the full range of general practice services. The practice has one GP with support from an experienced nurse and full administration support. The full range of patients are seen from infants to elderly. The majority of patients are over 45. The practice is part of a larger organisation that has become one of New Zealand’s leading health care providers. The Practice Management System is Medtech 32.
Location Located within the Hawkes Bay, Hastings enjoys the beautiful weather while being surrounded by countryside, vineyards and beaches. Hawkes Bay has an abundance of outdoor activities with beaches, mountain biking, hiking and golfing.
