Ōamaru & Gore

Role

Gore and Oamaru Hospitals have partnered with the Rural Hospital Locum Service to fill a shared locum position. This is an expression of interest (EOI) where we are looking for an appropriately experienced rural hospital doctor to work at these hospitals for a combined total of 9 months or more.

This is a shared locum position that guarantees you locum work. It is also a trial to see how we can better mobilise locums in rural hospitals across New Zealand. For this trial, you will:

  • be entitled for 1-week paid leave after completing 4 weeks of work.
  • your travel and accommodation costs may be covered, subsidised or reimbursed during the weeks you’re working.
  • CME and CPD funding are included in your package.

If you’re interested, please send an enquiry form or email ruralhospitaldoctornz@htrhn.org.nz.
