An Alexandra-based practice is looking for a general practitioner (GP) to fill a short-term role beginning on the 3rd of February and concluding on the 28th of February 2025.

For this role, you will be working 8 sessions per week, Monday to Thursday. There is no requirement for on-call, hospital, or PRIME work.

In addition, the practice is able to assist with both accommodation and a vehicle if required.

Alexandra is a thriving service centre, with a population of over 5,000, catering to the needs of a prosperous orchard and sheep farming district. There are two local pre-schools, three local primary schools and one local high school in the area.  Alexandra has a growing population, with a younger demographic developing who enjoy the recreational lifestyle of the region. It is an affordable area to live and invest in property. The spectacular scenery of the riverside location and the proximity to the lakes and ski fields of the Southern Alps make Alexandra the ideal place to call home.
