The medical practice is supported by a range of community outreach services such as tamariki (child) and whānau (family) services, smoking cessation support, physical activity for youth and nutritional advice.
The practice provides low cost access to its patient population (of around 3,750). GPs see patients of all ages and a mix of cultures, so enjoy a real variety in their work.
The clinic is located in a newly renovated building which is light, bright and spacious, providing a warm and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
As the practice is growing, they are looking for a new, long term GP to work 4- 5 days per week, with a very small amount of afterhours required. The ideal candidate will be patient-centred, with a calm and friendly outlook and collaborative approach to patient care.
