Role This practice has a permanent position available for a General Practitioner (Family Physician) or Nurse Practitioner. You will work with a team of GPs, nurses and administrators, in a friendly and supportive environment. The role is ideally eight sessions per week (negotiable), with Saturday mornings rostered between GPs. There is also well-remunerated optional on-call.

Located in a purpose-built building, the clinic has excellent facilities, with a pharmacy located on site. A teaching practice, they are Foundation Standard-accredited and Southern-Cross-accredited. Services provided include: same day appointments for urgent conditions child health routine immunisations contraception and family planning minor surgery management of chronic conditions care of the elderly dive, maritime and insurance medicals management of minor injuries
Location Located in the beautiful Bay of Islands, Kerikeri has a wonderful mix of old, new and exciting. The subtropical climate allows for a wide variety of outdoor activities, ranging from fishing and snorkelling to walks amongst the majestic Kauri in Puketi Forest. The beachside township of Paihia is only 20 minutes away and nearby is the historic township of Russell. Most shopping needs can be met locally, with a larger selection available from the city of Whangarei, located just over an hour’s drive south. The area has excellent school facilities for all ages.
