Role A practice in Cheviot is seeking a General Practitioner (GP) for a permanent position, ideally starting March 2026 (negotiable). The practice is owned by a community trust, situated in an old maternity hospital that was refurbished in 2017. The base hospital is located in Christchurch, approximately 125 kilometres drive from the clinic. Cheviot has St John’s and Fire and Emergency crews, with a helicopter that is 20 minutes flying time from Christchurch hospital. Hours are negotiable with no on-call required. A competitive remuneration package is being offered by the practice.
