Te Anau

Role

A practice located in Te Anau is seeking a General Practitioner (GP) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for ongoing short-term locum cover throughout New Zealand’s summer months. Please enquire about current or upcoming dates requiring cover.

Located on the doorstep of Fiordland National Park, Te Anau is a thriving tourist town offering a diverse and rewarding clinical experience. The practice is seeking a clinician who enjoys working across a broad scope of medicine, managing both acute and chronic presentations in the clinic and during after-hours care.

The team provides same-day, acute, and extended appointments, performs X-rays, manages fractures, and treats a wide range of minor injuries and illnesses alongside everyday general practice care. You’ll be joining a close-knit, supportive, and collaborative team where locums are warmly welcomed and well supported by experienced GPs.
