Rural Health Roadshow Update – Wairoa

The Rural Health Roadshow made its second stop in Wairoa on 1 May, where Minister Doocey and Minister for Rural Communities Mark Patterson met with local health professionals and community members.

It was a great turnout, with important kōrero about what’s working well in rural healthcare—and what still needs to change. The visit continued the Roadshow’s goal of listening directly to rural voices and gathering insights from those on the ground.
