Role We are a friendly practice requiring a permanent or long term General Practitioner (Family Medicine physician). The role has 6 – 8 sessions (3 – 4 days) per week.
Practice This is a large modern practice at two locations. One site has a 0.8 FTE GP, nurse practitioner, Health Improvement Practitioner, health coach, nurse, and counsellors. There are 10+ consulting rooms and a minor op room. The other site has 5 rooms. The practice offers the following services: general, contraception, mental health, sexual health, gender affirming, minor ops, travel consults, dermatologist visiting, diabetes specialist visiting. The patient demographic is predominately students aged 18 to 25 years old.

Wellington is New Zealand’s centre of government, and third most populous urban area. It is also a leading centre for creative industries, such as film and computer technology. Wellington is the centre of the film-making industry in New Zealand where movies such as Lord of the Rings trilogy, King Kong and Avatar were filmed. For outdoor enthusiasts there are a range of opportunities including Zealandia, the beautiful Kapiti Coast, the Wairarapa wine region and Rimutaka Forest Park.
